Requesting a withdrawal
From the cashier choose Withdraw, pick a method you deposited with, enter the amount and confirm. Pending requests can usually be cancelled before processing.
- Complete account verification first.
- Choose a method you have already deposited with.
- Enter the amount within the method’s limits.
- Wait for processing, then for the rail’s own transfer time.
