Use the reset option on the brand’s login page. Only the brand can reset a password; this site never asks for or stores account details.
Locked account or verification request
Repeated failed attempts or identity checks are handled by the brand’s support team. Contact them through the channels on its own site.
The page does not load or looks different
The address may have changed. Compare the domain with the one on the current address page before you enter anything.
